I paid for pro assistant on 20/03/2019 which clearly says when u buy the package they will call u the same day for a "intake gesprek" to know what they should be looking for to accommodate you, of which i waited for and didn't receive any call.
I called later that day explaining the situation and to the costumer service woman and she told me she will tell the person/persons to call me and i will receive the call on the same day 20/03/2019 which i didn't get.
The following day i called again (Thursday) for my "intake gesprek" and i was told the person will call me in 24hrs. It's now Friday and i still haven't received the call (22/03/2019).
I call "costumer service" esteon again after 24hrs and the woman who didn't want to say her name who attended me the previous days closed the phone on me after i said my name. I tried 2 times more but no answer (the first went to a voicemail kind of esteon).
The third time another woman picked up the phone and i told her if she was gonna hang up like the other woman did and she said that it must be someone else because it's not her. i asked her for her name first and she didn't want to tell me and told me to explain her the situation first and i said no i want your name first and she didn't want to tell me and told me this isn't gonna work and hang up on me too.
Now i won't try calling again, i will just write reviews on the internet and i got proof to back myself up and they record the conversations too for "training doeleinden" so they have it too and they can go play it back themselves to see the evidence.
Horrible service considering u have to pay 90 for 3 months of "PRO Assistance" service and this is what u get for their definition of PRO. I have no Order-ID for identification because apparently you even have to ask them for your own Order- ID.
