I just filed a complaint against them for the same practice to [email protected] I suggest you do the same. There is a Dutch law DCC 6:233 indicating that this automatic renewal thing is illegal; as directed by EU Directive 2011/83/EC being an unfair commercial practice. You can google it.

Let us help each other correct this injustice. I sent my complaint today, and if you just tell them your story, they will surely open an investigation on this practice.
